Donald “Zeek” Kenneth Percy, 66, of Hawk Point, Missouri, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at his residence in Hawk Point, Missouri. He was born on September 12, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri and was the son of Dorcie H. and Mary Ann (Laux) Percy . Zeek started his education in St. Louis and moved to Hawk Point in 1966. He continued his education at Hawk Point Elementary School and later at Troy School District. Zeek worked various jobs over his life at Harrel’s Farm in Truxton, Hogan Farms in Silex, MoDOT and most recently for Kroger. He enjoyed fishing, Hot Rods and listening to Four Seasons Music. Zeek was very laid back and could make people laugh. Zeek was compassionate and had a big heart. He held a special place for his cat Alie. Zeek looked forward to visiting his friends at the Hawk Point Phillips 66 Gas Station. Zeek is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Percy of Hawk Point, MO; brothers and sisters: Dennis Edward Percy of Troy, MO, Donna Marie Keithley (Jim) of Troy, MO, Darryl Wayne Percy (Diana) of Moscow Mills, MO, David Charles Percy of Hawk Point, MO and Daniel Lee Percy (Melody) of St. Peters, MO; nieces and nephews: Jessica Widel (Thomas), Julia Crouch (Lane), Meghan Percy, Sarah Percy, Amber Percy, Danielle Percy, Richard Keithley (Nikki) and Michael Keithley (Katie); great-nieces and great-nephews: Olivia Keithley, Amelia Keithley, Logan Keithley, Owen Widel, Jacob Widel and August Keithley; forever sister-in-law, Barb Thornhill; cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Dorcie H. Percy, godparents: Mabel and Adolph Seda. Family and friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 41 Farm Lane Hawk Point, MO 63349. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Kemper-Keim Family Funeral Chapel in Hawk Point, MO. Private interment will be held at Hawk Point City Cemetery in Hawk Point, MO.
