Penny Henebry

Penny Lyn Henebry, 60, of Troy, passed away on December 4, 2012 at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was born on August 17, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of the late Earl J. and Jean B. (Oppeau) Amann. She was united in marriage to Richard Henebry on June 25, 1971 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hawk Point, Missouri. To this union three children were born. Penny attended grade school in Hawk Point, Missouri and graduated from Buchanan High in 1970. She was employed for General Motors with 28 years, prior to her illness. She loved to watch Yadier Molina, play for the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Team, Kurt Warner, for the Arizona Cardinals Football Team and the St. Louis Rams Football Team. Penny enjoyed reading, cooking, working puzzles with a minimum of 1,000 pieces and taking care of her seven cows, which she personally named. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hawk Point, Missouri. Penny was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Richard Henebry of Troy, Missouri; children, Michael Henebry and wife, Terrilyn of Moscow Mills, Missouri, Robert Henebry and wife, Cassie of Hawk Point, Missouri and Michelle Henebry of Troy, Missouri; siblings: Craig Amann and wife, Alice of Hawk Point, Missouri, Kurt Amann and wife, Peggy of Hawk Point, Missouri and Kris Watt and husband, Bob of Troy, Missouri; 6 grandchildren: Kaleb Henebry, Ashleigh Henebry, Layne Henebry, Jaxon Henebry, Mason Henebry and Brenden Cockrell; one uncle, nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, one sister, Sue Molle and one brother, Mark Amann. Family and Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at KEMPER-MARSH-MILLARD Family Funeral Home / Hawk Point Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the chapel. Officiating the service will be Father Tom Wissler.
