Jack William Kuechenmeister, 72 of New Truxton, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at his residence. He was born on November 18, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri and was the son of the late Henry “Hank” and Estelle Kuechenmeister. He was united in marriage to Susan “Sue” (Ball) Canelos on September 12, 2002 in Mexico. Jack was a retired machinist and was known as the “Jack of all trades” to all who knew him. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix. He was a member of the Men’s Auxiliary VFW Post # 7560. Jack had a passion for woodworking and had made several beautiful pieces for their home. He enjoyed tinkering and spending time with his family He is survived by his wife Sue of Truxton; four children, Jeff Kuechenmeister and wife Jennifer, Teri Thurmon, Debra Burlew and James Canelos; three siblings, Jim Kuechenmeister and wife Bette, Jerry Kuechenmeister and wife Jeanne and Joan Grant and husband George; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous relatives.
