Terry Allen Dillard Sr.

Terry Allen Dillard, Sr. 70, of Troy, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born on March 4, 1953, in Jonesboro, Arkansas and was the son of the late Parker and Geraldine (Lamb) Dillard. Terry was united in marriage to Sandra Koderhandt on July 18, 1973 in Jonesboro, AR, she preceded him in death and he later married, Ruth Ann Davis on July 24, 2010 in St. Peters, MO, she preceded him in death. Terry graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1971 and continued his education earning a Bachelors Degree at Arkansas State University. After high school he served his country in the United States Army, where he was honorably discharged. He retired after 29 ½ years of dedication with Silvercote Lamination and later went to work at Building and Design Equipment. Terry liked to travel and spend time with his family and friends. He had a very generous heart. Terry was known for giving gift cards and tinkering on various projects. Ruth and Terry would donate Easter baskets and adopt families every year around the holidays. He was a caring, loving, full of life man, who his gentle smile will be missed. Terry is survived by his children: Angela Pair, Ashley Ortega (Tony), Rita Smith (Pat), Cheryl Goshen (David), Jeff Meyers, Allen Meyers (Bonnie) and Janet DuBuque; grandchildren: Tiffany, Matthew, Mac, Bryan, Shelly, Dustin, Stephanie, Erika, Amanda, Danielle, Jerry, Samantha, Jeffrey, Jr, Carrie, Brian, Leslie, Amber, Aaron and Ashley; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his wives: Sandra Dillard and Ruth Ann Dillard; parents: Parker and Geraldine Dillard; one son, Terry Dillard, Jr.; one grandson, Blake Hoskins and one son-in-law, George DuBuque. Family and friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2024 at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 351 Monroe Street Troy, MO 63379.
